Trade Week Global, operated by Funny Tourism (TÜRSAB Licence No. 7747), respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on this website, how it is stored and protected, and which cookies we use.
1. What We Collect
We collect personal data only when you actively submit it: when you register as a delegate, register as a local B2B participant, or write to us by email. The categories of data, the purposes of processing, the parties it is shared with and the retention periods are described in detail in our Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Notice, which forms part of this policy.
We do not collect data about you from third-party sources, and we do not build advertising or behavioural profiles.
2. Cookies
This website uses cookies only to the minimal extent technically required. A single session cookie is set for administrators of the site when they sign in to the management panel; it is not set for visitors. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or any third-party tracking technology. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
Registration data is stored in our database on managed infrastructure. Uploaded documents, such as passport scans, are stored in a private object storage bucket hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt region) and are accessible only to authorised members of the organising team over authenticated, encrypted connections.
4. Security
All traffic between your browser and this website is encrypted with TLS. Access to registration data is restricted to the organising team and protected by authentication. Passport scans are never published, never shared except as described in the KVKK Notice, and are deleted together with the rest of the mission data after the event.
5. No Sale of Data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, under any circumstances. Data is shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the mission you registered for — the airline, the visa authority, the hotel and the partner chambers of commerce — as described in the KVKK Notice.
6. Contact
For any privacy question or request, write to info@tradeweekglobal.com. Requests concerning personal data are answered within thirty days at the latest.
