What is Trade Week Global?

A series of all-inclusive B2B trade missions that take a delegation of Turkish business leaders into one market at a time — with pre-matched B2B meetings, institutional meetings and five-star logistics, organised end to end by Funny Tourism.

Who is it for?

Turkish companies looking to export, source, partner or invest in the destination market — manufacturers, exporters, distributors and investors across sectors. On the host side, local companies join the B2B meetings free of charge.

What's included in the package?

Return group flights from Istanbul, four nights at a five-star hotel (single room, breakfast), all transfers, a pre-matched B2B meeting schedule with a dedicated desk, networking lunches on both B2B days, a gala dinner, a guided cultural and market programme, an English-speaking mission leader, and visa facilitation and documentation.

How are the B2B meetings arranged?

Two full days of pre-matched 30-minute table meetings, by appointment, every delegate at an individual company-branded desk. Meetings are scheduled from your company and sector profile, and all meetings are held in English.

Is there a price, and how is it shared?

Participation is by invitation. Each mission is one fixed, all-inclusive package per delegate, and the figure is shared directly with invited companies — it is not published. Express your interest on the mission page and the team will send you the full package.

Do I need a visa?

Visa requirements depend on the destination and your passport. Where a visa or e-visa is required, we handle the facilitation and documentation as part of the package. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates.

Can someone accompany me?

An accompanying-person option (sharing your room) may be offered per edition. Where it is available, you can add it during registration.

How do I take part?

Express your interest on the mission page. The team follows up with the full delegate package and the registration details. For an edition that is open for registration, you register with your invitation code.

I'm a company in the destination country — how do I join?

Local companies join the B2B matchmaking free of charge through the partner registration on the mission page. Sessions, the networking lunch and the gala are included.

Can my company get government support for this?
