Day 2 — B2B Day One
Two sessions of pre-matched 30-minute table meetings (09:00–12:30 / 13:30–17:30) with local companies, every delegate at an individual branded desk, with a networking lunch at the venue.
Day 3 — B2B Day Two
A second full day of scheduled meetings and sector roundtables, closing with a partnership / MoU signing and gala dinner in the evening.
Day 4 — Market & cultural programme
A guided programme through the city and its business districts, with site visits relevant to delegates' sectors and a free evening.
Day 5 — Free day, farewell & departure
An open day for follow-up meetings or leisure, a farewell dinner, and the transfer to the airport for the return flight.
