Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These terms and conditions govern registration for and participation in trade missions organised under the Trade Week Global brand by Funny Tourism (TÜRSAB Licence No. 7747). By submitting a registration, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

1. Scope and Nature of Registration

Submitting the delegate registration form constitutes a booking request for the mission package described on the relevant edition page. A booking request does not by itself guarantee a seat. Your seat is confirmed upon receipt of the 30% deposit; the balance is payable by the due date stated on the invoice.

2. Invoicing and Payment

Invoices are issued by DYF Turizm Tic Ltd Sti. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account details provided after registration, quoting the registration reference number. If the balance is not received by the invoice due date, the organiser may, after written notice, release the seat.

3. Flights

All flights are issued centrally on a single group booking (group PNR). Individual deviations — different dates, routings, cabin classes or stopovers — are not possible within the package. Delegates who require individual arrangements must arrange and bear the cost of their own flights, subject to prior written agreement with the organiser.

4. Cancellation and Changes

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 45 days of the departure date. Name changes on a confirmed seat are permitted free of charge until group ticketing takes place; after ticketing, any change is subject to the airline's conditions and costs.

Where a cancellation is made earlier than 45 days before departure, amounts already paid will be refunded after deduction of any non-recoverable costs already incurred with suppliers.

5. Force Majeure

If the mission cannot be delivered, in whole or in part, due to events beyond the organiser's reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, acts of government, civil unrest, airspace or border closures and airline cancellations — the organiser may postpone the mission or offer participation in a subsequent edition. In such cases the organiser's liability is limited to amounts actually recoverable from suppliers.

6. Local Participant Registrations

Registrations submitted by local businesses to join the B2B meetings free of charge are participation requests, not confirmed bookings. Participation is confirmed by the organiser by email at its discretion, taking into account sector fit and venue capacity. The organiser may decline or withdraw a confirmation where the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

7. Conduct and Programme Changes

The organiser may make reasonable changes to the programme, venues, hotels and schedule where necessary, provided the overall character of the mission is preserved. Participants are expected to comply with the laws of the destination country and the rules of the venues visited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any mission registration.
